Please ensure your family stays healthy by frequently washing your hands, eating a healthy diet, and getting plenty of exercise, fresh air, and sleep. I would encourage families to visit Penn State's 5210 and Penn State's ProWellness webpage for great information on how to keep your children healthy. Other fun sites for children to visit that contain health related activities and games can be found at www.actionforhealthykids.org/healthy-activities-to-do-at-home/ and https://www.nutrition.gov/topics/audience/children/kids-corner.
